RECRUITMENT PROCESS
We divide the job interview into 3 stages:
The first stage is a verification of the submitted CV application and telephone contact.
The second stage is a job interview with the given department’s management staff, during which the applicants are asked to take a discipline-related test.
The third stage is a conversation with the Management Board and the decision concerning employment.
