Designing
The development of structural designs is a key element that significantly impacts the entire production process, taking into account the assumptions of prefabrication.
The main idea of the prefabrication system, both at the design development stage and during the subsequent production of prefabricated elements, is to achieve maximum repeatability of components and enable industrial serial production. This approach shortens the entire production cycle and ensures the most economically beneficial solutions.
At the implementation stage, we offer the preparation of execution and workshop designs.
Production
We have a fully equipped Concrete Laboratory, certified under the implemented Factory Production Control (FPC) system. The primary activity of the Concrete Laboratory includes tasks related to Factory Production Control for concrete prefabricates in accordance with PN-EN 15037 and PN-EN 13369.
For the production of prefabricated elements, we use concrete mix formulas developed through years of experience. The laboratory continuously samples concrete mixtures from the ongoing production. Each batch of concrete used in our prefabricates undergoes testing, and the results are documented and archived.
The FPC Certificate confirms that all relevant conformity requirements described in harmonized standards have been applied, and the products meet the CE compliance requirements.
Assembly
We offer a responsible and experienced team for the assembly of prefabricated structures. Our years of experience and the opinions of General Contractors based on completed projects confirm our professionalism and timely execution.
