In response to customer expectations, we are pleased to inform you that, starting from 2019, we have increased our production capacity for prestressed elements.
In the newly built hall facility with cranes operating in a tandem arrangement and high lifting capacity, we have launched two modern production lines with tensioning capabilities of 8000 kN each. The working length of the production tracks is 80 meters, equipped with independent heating systems and hydraulic release of the counterweights. The range of available products includes prestressed and non-prestressed girders, purlins, beams, and columns, with cross-sections ranging from 150 mm to 1000 mm in width and up to 1800 mm in height. The innovative form change system significantly reduces the time for mold retooling and allows for smooth adjustments to the upper girder slope angle, ranging from 0 to 5%.
